Mechanical Fasteners
Alligator Staple fastening system :
Suitable for 1.5mm to 6.5mm belt thickness with the strength of 60kN/n 17 to 35 kN/m. Available in 3 sizes RS62, RS125, RS187
Clipper Wire hook Fastening system :
Up to suitable for 1.6mm to 10mm belt thickness. Available in two hook type :
- Unibar fasteners: Welded to a common bar to enhance installation safety and meshing of belt ends
- Carder Fasteners: Individual hook secured on carding paper for safe handling.
Spiral Lace Fastener System :
Suitable for belt thickness 1.6mm to 4.6mm with a joint strength of 8.7 kN/m. The minimum pulley diameter is 10 mm to 15mm and available in FDA Compliant material.
