All the initiative & hard work did not result in the subsequent business for us – quite a frustrating experience. However, it paved the way for solid foundation of our work culture — & A motto we never planned for. We continue to have absolute passion for belt business. Getting into details...
It was not an easy job. When trade competition was generating business volumes in spares, we were often lost in finding solutions. It intrigued us. Just a few pages of sending fax to Europe / USA used to cost 5$ to 10 $ — it did not cover the cost of even simple communication. Frequent interactions with senior technical managers with our principals, visit their plants, study of test benches and quality control, visiting and participating in all prominent engineering shows become routine. Back home we brought back all concepts, highest engineering products and practices and established contacts with designers in every industry. Thanks to all partners who are world leaders — for all their knowledge and sharing the same with us.
